Mission Statement

Greater Boston Academy Online and Myfamily.com's mission are to bring as many alumni and friends of Greater Boston Academy together in an on-line community. Myfamily.com is an ideal way to facilitate new contacts with lost classmates, teachers and friends and bring us together in a virtual community. Our goal is to provide an interactive on-line meeting place to share stories, pictures and information about the academy and community we love and the people who made it special.

We hope to interest all those who are currently active in the GBA community and to those who may have lost contact for whatever reason to join in this new community. Greater Boston Academy Alumni Online-Myfamily.com (GBA-MF) can be a warm place to reflect on the past and look to the future of our beloved Academy

In joining GBA-MF you will be provided a username and password in order to access the site. Each time you and other members visit, a log will be displayed, letting you and others know who is on line and who has recently been on-line. We encourage you to post pictures from your days at GBA or to post a current picture of yourself or family. Posting information about yourself will let the community know what's happening in your life. Check the calendar of events to see what's going on in the community and post events you think other GBA-MF would like to know. Read the GBA Alumnews newsletter on-line before it's mailed and reply to posted articles. Regularly, you'll be sent via EMail, updates, letting you know what new information has been added to the site. You'll be able to send invitations to other friends and alumni of the GBA community that you know, to access the GBA-MF site, helping the on-line family grow and to touch even more individuals.
